A really unusual couple of books, espousing the virtues of employee empowerment in the form of fables involving castles and dragons and similar exotica: a far cry from your usual business read.

That said, they are pretty lightweight. If you've not come across these concepts before, or if you're trying to gently inculcate them in someone else perhaps, then these books are a simple, non-threatening starter-for-ten.

Recommendation: Read them on the plane, then leave them in the seat pocket in front of you.
